  Called to inquire if they still had Christmas lights and was told by the service desk that they weren’t open yet. Very rudely treated. Might I suggest that you don’t answer the phone if you are not open. Going elsewhere.

  This place used to have great customer service years ago, or I may just be encountering their worst employees. Called plumbing department, no one answered. Drove down there, no one there. Finally found someone to help me and I could tell he was willing to only do the bare minimum but that’s okay I guess. Worst is when I was stuck outside trying to put an appliance into my car. It was heavy and I needed help. I waived to an employee who was outside on his phone. He said he will call someone from inside. Waited and nothing but I knew better than to rely on him. I couldn’t leave it outside so I called the store to have someone come out. From the tone of her lazy voice, I knew that was not happening. I put the appliance in myself and almost broke my back. Two stars for at least answering the phone (and having items in stock). Also, this was on a Sunday so probably not their best employees. Will only come here if absolutely necessary.
