  Rude beyond measure. I went in there thinking that there was at least a little bit of artistic ability amongst the workers. The woman in charge was so incredibly rude I wanted to hit her in the face. They have no artistic ability what so ever, you cannot get an original design done by hand. You have to pick from what they already have, (which is crap) or send in a picture from the internet that is the exact size and pixels. Absolutely ridiculous. Everything is done by computer. There is no airbrushing, no painting, again no artistic design what so ever. I tried to do it her way and send in a picture, and all I got was rude responses and I felt a though I was wasting her precious time, even though there were no other customers in the building. I will never go back to this place. Cheaper, easier and more reliable service can be found online.
