  The greeter on the front store was rude!! Customer service sucks including the manager!! I came to this store tonight to browse for an iPad. 02/10/2018, 630pm. While I was browsing around the tables to check those devices,, I heard a woman's unfriendly voice across the room asking , "ma'am!! can I help you?" I didnt know she was refering her question at me because her voice was loud enough that it sounded eerie! . After a few seconds, I heard it again for the second time,, the same question but this time much more louder and eerie and YES, across the room!!!, "ma'am!! (Long pause) Can I help you?!! Annoyed, told her I was just looking around and that if it's ok with her??? She gave me a hard look in which I realized she was very disrespectful. I continue to walk around ignoring her ignorance on how to be friendly to customer. As I was looking at the ipad attempting to look at the features,, the alarm went off. She approach the table . She took the key out from her pocket to shut the alarm. She said it was the device setting the alarm off. I responded to her "ok." This time I realized, and I think this woman was judging me for the way I look!? I am an Asian. She then proceed to grab the key on the table with an attitude!! By then i am feeing so tick off already. Angry for the way i was being treated. I proceeded even more eventhough I knew she was an ignorant. I tried hard to turn my head around so I can continue completing my purpose to buy an IPad (value $800.00) I walked to the front to ask for help. She is standing there with a man visiting on a high chair. Soon as I got to the front I couldn't help myself to ask her if she has a problem with me because for a front greeter she has an "UGLY" attitude!!! The man beside sitting in the front heard what I said to her and he immediately said to me "I will not have anyone treat my staff that way" You kidding me???!! She smiled at me while he said that!!!!! RUDE! Unfriendly!! Ignorant retaliation against customer should not be tolerated!
